The following outlines the shipping and tax policies for MedPartsHub:
1. Shipping Terms: Orders are shipped under the Incoterms FOB. Shipping costs and methods are confirmed in the formal quotation, which establishes the commercial terms. The FOB shipping port will be specified in the formal quotation.
2. Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 7-14 business days, as specified in the formal quotation.
3. Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country. MedPartsHub does not collect or remit these charges.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be provided upon request for quotation.
5. Receipt and Damage Reporting: Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any transport damage within 7 days of signing for the package.
6. Address Errors and Clearance Issues: Customers are responsible for costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failure to clear customs, including storage and return shipping fees.
